We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to lead our Product Development Team as Sr. Manager for the Womenswear category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from conceptualization to production. You will be a key player in identifying emerging trends and developing product strategies that align with our brand identity and customer needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products. • Leading the product development process from concept to final product, including design, development, sourcing, technical specification, and pre-production approval.
• Developing and managing a product development team, providing guidance and support in order to achieve company goals.
• Collaborating closely with design and merchandising teams to ensure that product development is aligned with brand and business strategies.
• Monitor daily status of development projects and collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Build, manage, and maintain time and action calendars for the entire product development lifecycle
• Managing timelines for product development, ensuring that projects are completed on time meeting the expected quality standard.
• Maintaining a high level of quality in all products developed, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in product development, and sharing this knowledge with the team to improve processes and outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners in order to ensure that product development is efficient and cost-effective.

• Extensive knowledge about fabric qualities, yarn, measurements, pattern, fit, technical aspects of garment construction, and womenswear technical aspects
• Proven experience in leading and managing a product development team.
• In-depth understanding of product development processes, including design, material sourcing, sample development, and production.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations in product development.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers.
• Must be accustomed to fashion-graphic designing, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to manage timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and to the expected quality standard.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues in product development.
• Experience in managing time and action calendars for the product development lifecycle 
• High level of attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Ability to analyze retail and market trends and adjust product assortments while maintaining brand integrity standards.
• Must have good knowledge of various types of print, embroidery, and other garment technology.
• Capacity to empower others by sharing information and context around strategic direction and the decision-making process.

• Should have proficiency in English
• Ability to work under pressure and should conduct the team as a supportive leader
• Should be able to work on deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
